Latest developments:
• State Department of Health on Monday reported 3,044 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 2,166 cases on Oahu, 359 on Hawaii island, 273 on Maui, 124 on Kauai, six on Lanai, two on Molokai and 114 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.
• There have now been 121,864 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 86,830 on Oahu, 13,909 in Hawaii County, 13,292 in Maui County (12,716 on Maui, 391 on Molokai and 185 on Lanai) and 4,299 on Kauai. A total of 3,534 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.
• No new deaths were reported Monday; the statewide fatality count remains at 1,094.
• Honolulu County is averaging 1,970 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 19.1 percent, followed by Maui County at 226 cases and 14.7 percent, Hawaii County at 195 cases and 14.6 percent and Kauai County at 97 cases and 11.2 percent.
• Hawaii has reached a 74.4 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 77 percent, Kauai County at 72 percent, Maui County at 67 percent and Hawaii County at 66 percent.
