Latest developments:

• State Department of Health on Tuesday reported 1,592 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 1,231 cases on Oahu, 120 on Hawaii island, 87 on Maui, 42 on Kauai, 11 on Lanai, nine on Molokai and 92 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.

• There have now been 123,456 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 88,061 on Oahu, 14,029 in Hawaii County, 13,399 in Maui County (12,803 on Maui, 400 on Molokai and 196 on Lanai) and 4,341 on Kauai. A total of 3,626 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.

• No new deaths were reported Tuesday; the statewide fatality count remains at 1,094.

• Honolulu County is averaging 2,039 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 19.4 percent, followed by Maui County at 226 cases and 15.1 percent, Hawaii County at 205 cases and 15.2 percent and Kauai County at 101 cases and 11.4 percent.

• Hawaii has reached a 74.4 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 78 percent, Kauai County at 72 percent, Maui County at 67 percent and Hawaii County at 66 percent.
