Latest developments:

• State Department of Health on Wednesday reported 2,611 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 1,934 cases on Oahu, 303 on Maui, 156 on Hawaii island, 111 on Kauai, 33 on Molokai, 18 on Lanai and 56 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.

• There have now been 126,067 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 89,995 on Oahu, 14,185 in Hawaii County, 13,753 in Maui County (13,106 on Maui, 433 on Molokai and 214 on Lanai) and 4,452 on Kauai. A total of 3,682 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.

• No new deaths were reported Wednesday; the statewide fatality count remains at 1,094.

• Honolulu County is averaging 2,095 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 20.2 percent, followed by Maui County at 251 cases and 16.4 percent, Hawaii County at 216 cases and 15.4 percent and Kauai County at 108 cases and 11.9 percent.

• Hawaii has reached a 74.5 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 78 percent, Kauai County at 72 percent, Maui County at 67 percent and Hawaii County at 66 percent.
