Latest developments:
• State Department of Health on Friday reported 3,586 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 2,387 cases on Oahu, 579 cases on Maui, 286 on Hawaii island, 237 on Kauai, 20 on Molokai, 11 on Lanai and 66 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.
• There have now been 134,442 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 95,627 on Oahu, 14,979 in Hawaii County, 15,097 in Maui County (14,361 on Maui, 494 on Molokai and 242 on Lanai) and 4,902 on Kauai. A total of 3,837 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.
• Three new deaths were reported Friday; the statewide fatality count is now at 1,101.
• Honolulu County is averaging 2,137 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 21.2 percent, followed by Maui County at 337 cases and 20.1 percent, Hawaii County at 255 cases and 18.5 percent and Kauai County at 134 cases and 14.7 percent.
• Hawaii has reached a 74.7 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 78 percent, Kauai County at 72 percent, Maui County at 68 percent and Hawaii County at 67 percent.
