HONOLULU (AP) -- Hawaiian Holdings Inc. (HA) on Tuesday reported a loss of $92.6 million in its fourth quarter.
The Honolulu-based company said it had a loss of $1.81 per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.37 per share.
The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of $1.69 per share.
The parent company of Hawaiian Airlines posted revenue of $494.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $144.8 million, or $2.85 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.6 billion.
