Latest developments:
• State Department of Health on Sunday reported 916 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 537 cases on Oahu, 155 on Hawaii island, 107 on Maui, 95 on Kauai, one on Molokai, three on Lanai and 18 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.
• There have now been 226,451 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 157,993 on Oahu, 28,326 in Maui County (26,866 on Maui, 887 on Molokai and 573 on Lanai), 24,418 in Hawaii County and 10,436 on Kauai. A total of 5,278 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.
• Four new deaths were reported Sunday; the statewide fatality count is now at 1,226..
• Hawaii has reached a 75 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 78 percent, Kauai County at 71 percent, Maui County at 68 percent and Hawaii County at 67 percent.
