Two positive COVID-19 inmate test results were offset by 16 recoveries, dropping the cluster count to 21 at the Maui Community Correctional Center, the state Department of Public Safety reported Thursday.

The department also reported that 31 inmates tested negative for COVID. Fifteen inmates and one employee recovered from the virus.
