Water bill payment window reopens

1 min read

The Maui County Department of Water Supply reopened its bill payment window on the fifth floor of the Kalana O Maui Building in Wailuku on Wednesday.

The department temporarily closed the window in January during a surge of COVID-19 cases but is bringing back in-person payments now that cases are declining.

Customers are still highly encouraged to use other methods of payment by phone at (855) 385-4836 or online at mauicounty.gov/126/Department-of-Water-Supply.

Payments can also be brought to a drop box in front of the county building at 200 S. High St. in Wailuku; to the County of Maui Service Center at 110 Alaihi St. in Kahului; or to the Department of Water Supply Hana and Lahaina baseyards.

To reach the department's Accounting/Fiscal Services Division, call (808) 270-7781. For more information, call customer service at (808) 270-7730.
