Latest developments:

• State Department of Health on Sunday reported 196 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 124 cases on Oahu, 17 on Hawaii island, 21 on Maui, 13 on Kauai, two on Lanai, and 19 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.

• There have now been 237,363 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 164,472 on Oahu, 29,632 in Maui County (28,066 on Maui, 938 on Molokai and 628 on Lanai), 25,951 in Hawaii County and 11,517 on Kauai. A total of 5,791 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.

• One new death was reported Sunday; the statewide fatality count is now at 1,354.

• Hawaii has reached a 76.6 percent vaccination rate of the total population statewide, with Honolulu County at 80 percent, Kauai County at 72 percent, Maui County at 69 percent and Hawaii County at 68 percent.
