Latest developments:
• State Department of Health on Monday reported 92 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 53 on Oahu, 17 on Hawaii island, nine on Maui, eight on Kauai and five residents diagnosed out of state.
• There have now been 237,455 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 164,525 on Oahu, 29,641 in Maui County (28,075 on Maui, 938 on Molokai and 628 on Lanai), 25,968 on Hawaii island and 11,525 on Kauai. A total of 5,796 residents have been diagnosed out of state.
• No new deaths were reported Monday; the state fatality count remains at 1,354.
• As of Monday, the state had reached a vaccination rate of 76.6 percent, with Honolulu County at 80 percent, Kauai County at 72 percent, Maui County at 70 percent and Hawaii County at 68 percent.
• As of 9 a.m. Monday, there were 13 people hospitalized with COVID-19 at Maui Memorial Medical Center - eight unvaccinated and five vaccinated, with one who received a booster shot. There were no patients in the ICU or on a ventilator.
