A large sailboat named Dolphin was finally removed last week from Kamaole Beach Park I after it was pushed ashore by strong swells and winds during the Kona low storm event in early December. Over the past five months of residents urging for its removal, the South Maui beach had developed the name "Shipwreck Beach."
