Emergency training planned for Lanai
Members of the Maui Police Department will be participating in an emergency preparedness training on the Lanai High and Elementary School campus from about 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday.
Residents should expect to see an influx of emergency response vehicles and officers on the campus, police said Friday. As part of the training, loud noises may occur.
The public is asked to avoid the training site.
