The U.S. Postal Service will hold in-person job fairs in July and August at the Kahului and Pukalani post offices, USPS announced Friday.
Job fairs are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday and Aug. 11 at the Kahului Post Office and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday and Aug. 10 at the Pukalani Post Office.
For those who can't attend in-person job fairs, USPS will hold twice-monthly virtual job fairs to share information about current job openings in Hawaii and help interested residents apply for positions.
"These virtual job fairs will provide an easy way for anyone interested in a postal career to join the USPS work force," USPS Human Resource Specialist Suzanne Kalama said in a news release Friday. "We understand that not everyone has flexibility in their schedules to attend one of our in-person job fairs."
The first virtual session will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday and will repeat at the same time every other Tuesday through Nov. 15. To register, visit eventbrite.com/e/usps-hawaii-virtual-career-fair-tickets-368819598347?aff= ebdssbdestsearch.
