Work continues on the Wailuku Civic Center Parking Structure Thursday morning. The four-level parking structure has been taking shape since its groundbreaking in February 2021. It will include 428 parking stalls, doubling the capacity of the Wailuku Municipal Parking Lot, and was also designed to support farmers markets and festivals on the ground level.
