Hawaii Life Flight has identified the pilot of the medical transport plane that went missing off the coast of Maui last month as Brian Treptow.

Treptow was one of three people on the Beechcraft King Air 90 that lost radar contact and went missing about 15 nautical miles south of Hana on the night of Dec. 15. The plane had left Kahului Airport and was traveling to Hawaii island to pick up a patient.

The other two crew members were identified previously as flight nurse Courtney Parry and flight paramedic Gabriel Camacho.

"Thank you for all the support and love you have shown the Hawaii Life Flight family during this difficult time," the company said in a Facebook post on Tuesday. "Please continue to hold all of their families in your hearts. Brian, Courtney and Gabe, we miss you so much. We'll take it from here."

Emergency crews searched more than 4,732 square nautical miles in search of the plane and found some debris near the area, though it was unclear whether it was from the plane. The search was suspended Dec. 18.

Hawaii Life Flight shared statements from families of the crew members on Dec. 23, saying that Parry's mother and family wanted the public to know that "Courtney had a passion for living and an immeasurable love for her three children."

"She had an incredible sense of humor and in no time would have the whole room laughing," the family said. "Anyone who has ever met Courtney was immediately drawn to her vibrant spirit. She was selfless, caring, and truly loved helping others. She loved to travel and was always looking for new places to go. Courtney lived an incredibly full life with no regrets. Whatever she set her mind to, she accomplished. She was kind, funny, courageous, and although she will be missed tremendously, our love for her will live on forever."

Parry lived in Kihei with her daughter Sydney, according to a GoFundMe post.

Family and friends are planning a celebration of life for Parry at 11 a.m. Jan. 15 at Kamaole Beach Park III. Guests are asked to bring a chair, a dish, a lei to hang on her cross and stories of Parry, according to an announcement posted on Hawaii Life Flight's Facebook page Wednesday.

Camacho's mother thanked the Coast Guard and others involved in the search. Hawaii News Now reported that he was a father of three from Kailua, Oahu.

"We truly feel the love and support from not only our family and friends but from the community at large," Camacho's mother said in a statement. "Gabriel loved what he did, and he was well aware of the risks. He will be forever loved and remembered by us all. The family will be holding a celebration of Gabe's life after the New Year."

Hawaii Life Flight said that the pilot's family has asked for privacy as they heal.
