A whimsical sculpture made out of two 40-pound blocks of cheese is displayed in the Sentry Tournament of Champions media center Friday.

It is displayed alongside a replica trophy carved from another 40-pound block.

The sculptures were carved by Sarah “The Cheese Lady” Kaufmann, who was flown in from Los Angeles to create the pieces for Sentry’s “Cheese Heads in Paradise” party Thursday night.

The party and cheese sculptures were in celebration of the home cuisine of the Stevens Point, Wis.-based insurance company.
