Members of the Maui Police Department will be participating in an emergency preparedness training on the Lanai High and Elementary School campus from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. today.
Residents should expect to see an influx of emergency response vehicles and officers on campus, MPD said Thursday. As part of the training, loud noises may occur.
Members of the public are asked to avoid the training site as a safety precaution.
