Lahaina man, 76, ID’d as fire victim
The Maui Police Department on Wednesday identified 76-year-old Lee Rogo of Lahaina as a victim of the Aug. 8 wildfire.
Until late October, Rogo had been included on a list of people still considered missing in the wake of the fires.
The Lahaina man is the 98th victim out of the estimated 99 fatalities to be publicly identified by authorities.
No other individuals are currently pending notification of next of kin.
According to MPD, four people remained on the missing list as of Monday: Lydia Coloma, Paul Kasprzycki, Robert H. Owens and Elmer Lee Stevens.
