Maui County’s Department of Environmental Management’s Wastewater Reclamation Division has changed the sewer service status for 32 West Maui lots from inactive to active.

There are 19 lots near Aki Street and Lui Street and 13 lots near Paeohi Street and Hauola Place that became active as of Jan. 21.

Some wastewater infrastructure was damaged during the fires. To check service, residents can go to mauirecovers.org/wastewater and type their address in the search bar on the sewer service status interactive map.
