Pet of the Week: Oatmeal

Aloha kakou! My name is Oatmeal and I am the Maui Humane Society’s Pet of the Week. I was found on Stable Road in Paia, just a day before Christmas last year. When I first arrived, I was in pretty rough shape. My face was covered in scabs from sunburn, and all I wanted was some shade and a comfy bed. But now, my skin is all healed, and I’m feeling like a brand new guy! I love belly rubs, treats, and rolling in the grass (or sand, I’m not picky). Car rides and beach days are some of my favorite things, and I’m always excited to meet new people. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s ready to shower you with love, I’d be the perfect fit for your family. Let’s make some great memories together! Photo courtesy Maui Humane Society
