Nakamura Wrestling of Wailuku won the Hawaii USA Wrestling Championship on Saturday at the South Maui Gymnasium in Kihei.
More than 500 wrestlers representing 24 clubs from Maui, Oahu, Molokai, Kauai and Hawaii Island competed on 10 mats. The tournament was sponsored by Maui Style Wrestling.
The Wailuku club scored 1,094 points and had 26 champions.
808 Wrestling of Kahului was second with 584.5 points and 15 champions, followed by Napili Surfriders with 578.5 and 14 winners.
