Waiehu Municipal Golf Course will adjust locations of play while it aerates greens and collars from Sept. 8-11, according to a news release.

During aeration of the back nine holes from Sept. 8-9, golfers can play the back nine holes twice. While the front nine holes are aerated from Sept. 10-11, golfers can play the front nine.

Aeration is the process by which air is circulated through, mixed with or dissolved in a liquid or other substances that act as a fluid, such as soil. The project is expected to be completed by Sept. 12.
