Mural blessing scheduled for Aug. 27
A blessing for the Kūʻih”lani Sound Wall Mural created by Maui artists Matt Agcolicol and Bailey Onaga and the Maui Economic Opportunity youth services program is set for 5 p.m Aug. 27.
According to the Hawaii Department of Transportation, the Kūʻih”lani Sound Wall Mural is near the corner of the Kūʻih”lani Highway and Puʻun”n” Avenue intersection, adjacent to the Kahului Park & Ride.
Maui County Mayor Richard Bissen Jr. and Hawaii Department of Transportation Director Ed Sniffen are scheduled to attend.
