Aloha Kakou! My name is Kanaka, and I’m Maui Humane Society’s Pet of the Week! I’m a happy, gentle boy with the biggest smile, and I can’t wait to share it with you! I might be a little shy when we first meet, but it doesn’t take long for me to warm up, especially if you bring out the toys! I absolutely LOVE toys and could play all day! I also enjoy soaking up gentle pets and cuddles. I already know a few tricks, too, so I’d be excited to show you what I can do (and maybe learn some new ones with you!). The shelter can feel a little overwhelming, I know that life in a home will bring out the very best in me! I dream of a calm, loving space where I can relax, play, and be part of a family.
