On Oct. 8, Tim Davis, a freelance sports producer, will talk about what goes on behind the scenes of a televised sports game as he offers a presentation at the Rotary Club of Kihei-Wailea.

Davis’ career was producing sports television shows for about 25 years, and he continues to produce sporting events as needed. According to the Rotary Club, he has produced NHL, FIFA, MLS and Canadian football games as well as 10 Olympic Games and two Pan American Games.

Davis is originally from Vancouver, Canada. He is a real estate agent with Keller Williams Kahului and is also a member of the Rotary Satellite Club of Kihei-Wailea. Tim has lived on Maui since early 2024.

The meeting will take place at Kihei Lutheran Church, at 220 Moi Place, Kihei, Hawaii 96753. Social time and a light lunch will begin at 11:15 a.m., followed by the program from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
