Sports Lessons: What I enjoy about being an athlete comes down to two things. First, the sense of community and brotherhood within the team, the friendships, shared goals, memories we’ve built together. Second, the thrill of competition and the challenge of testing myself against others, pushing my limits to see how far I can go. Being an athlete has taught me the importance of building a strong foundation in all every part of life because that’s what everything else depends on. It’s also taught me that consistency is key, every small effort repeated over time, is what truly adds up to success.
