Maui County offices will be closed on Nov. 11 for Veterans Day.

County pools will also close for the day of remembrance, along with the Lahaina Resource Center at Lahaina Gateway, the Recovery Permit Center at the Maui County Service Center in Kahului, the Kākoʻo Maui Relief & Aid Services Center at Maui Mall Village in Kahului (Hoʻokumu Hou applications) and the Hana, Molokai and Lanai landfills.

The Central Maui Landfill will have shortened hours from 6 a.m. to noon. The residential trash pickup and Maui Bus schedules will not be affected.
