The Lahaina Civic Center, which has a capacity of 2,400 people, will play host to the tournament that began in 1984 at Konawaena High School in Kona before moving to the War Memorial Gymnasium in Wailuku from 1985-86 and then the Lahaina Civic Center in 1987.
