The annual Jimi Hendrix Birthday Bash will be 7:30-11 p.m Dec. 12 at Paia Bay Coffee & Bar at 120 Hana Highway.

The holiday dance party, featuring multiple bands, is sponsored by the nonprofit Jimi Hendrix Foundation and organized by the Rosalind Starchild’s Electric Church Maui.

Starchild, founder of the event, which began in 2012, said many of Maui’s top musicians have played at the show over the years. Tickets are available through ticketleap.com for $25 in advance or $30 at the door.
