Maui Poke will hold its grand opening Dec. 20 at the Wailea Gateway Center near Monkeypod Kitchen.

The Wailea location is the restaurant’s third on Maui, joining sites at Piilani Shopping Center in Kihei and Whalers Village. Opening-day festivities will be from noon-5 p.m. and include cutting demonstrations by Chef Anthony Martin, live music and face painting.

Owner Josh Marten said the restaurant offers more than 200 preparation options, along with street tacos, fresh-fruit protein smoothies and cold-pressed juices.
