Aloha, kākou. My name is Bonnie, and I’m Maui Humane Society’s Pet of the Week. When I first arrived at Maui Humane Society, I was under-socialized and unsure about people, but with patience, gentle love, and support from my foster homes and the amazing MHS team, I’m learning that humans can be kind. I’m still a shy girl, and I may take a little extra time to feel safe, but once I’m comfortable, I don’t mind soft, gentle pets. I especially enjoy yummy treats and fun toys! I also do well with other cats, having a feline friend around can really help me come out of my shell. I’m looking for a quiet, understanding home where I can blossom at my own pace. If you can offer patience and love, I promise I’ll be worth it. Could you be my forever family?
