Maui Health opens applications for paid summer interns
Maui Health is taking applications for its 2026 Paid Summer Internship Program, offering college students an opportunity to gain experience inside Maui County’s largest health care system.
In its second year, the program aims to support the development of the local workforce and introduce students to the many nonclinical roles that keep hospitals running.
Internship placements are available in many fields and services. The program runs June 8 to July 31 and pays $22-$32 per hour, depending on the position. The primary location will be Maui Memorial Medical Center.
Students can apply online at mauihealth.org/intern or in person every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Maui Memorial Medical Center HR Office. For more information, visit www.mauihealth.org/intern or contact Maui Health Human Resources at MHS-Recruitment-Svcs@kp.org. The deadline to apply is April 10.
Additionally, the Maui Health Career Fair will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 27. For details, go to mauihealth.org/careerfair.
