Gina Duncan

Hawaii Realtors, a leading statewide professional trade organization, announced that Gina Duncan, who has more than 25 years of experience as a Realtor on Oahu and Maui, is the organization’s president for 2026.

Duncan founded Fine Island Properties in 2015 and served as the principal broker there until October 2025, when she became principal broker at ENRG Realty, launching the national brokerage’s first office in Hawaii.

Duncan has held many leadership positions within the Realtor community and the Realtors Association of Maui, including serving as president in 2019. She also founded the Asian Real Estate Association of America Aloha Chapter and has served on its board since 2018.

Duncan is also a board member of the Maui Choral Arts Society and supports the Maui Interscholastic League for Central Maui, the Maui Academy of Performing Arts, ProArts, Maui OnStage and Imua Family Services as well as other local groups and organizations.

Originally from the Washington, D.C., area, Duncan and her husband have lived on Maui for the past 30 years.
