At an all-school ceremony on Wednesday, Seabury Hall honored Ashton Garzon, Quinn Quinabo and Cannon Vines as they signed National Letters of Intent to continue their athletic and academic careers at the collegiate level.

Garzon has been a cornerstone of the Spartans boys tennis program since joining the team his freshman year. Beginning his tennis journey on local public courts, Garzon developed into a disciplined competitor and team leader.

Garzon has remained undefeated in Maui Interscholastic League tournament play throughout his high school career, and under his leadership, the Spartans boys tennis team has captured three consecutive MIL championships.

During his junior year, Garzon was selected for the Hawaii Junior National Team and competed at Clemson University. He will attend Berry College in Mount Berry, Georgia, where he will compete in men’s tennis.

Quinabo is a standout soccer player for the Spartans who began playing at age 4 with Upcountry AYSO. Quinabo later advanced to competitive club soccer with Leahi Soccer Club on Oahu.

Through the Girls Academy platform, she competed in elite national showcases across the continental U.S., including events in North Carolina and California.

A central midfielder known for her technical ability and soccer intelligence, Quinabo finished her senior season with 14 goals, including four goals at the HHSAA state tournament.

Over her Seabury Hall career, she has scored more than 50 goals and was named an MIL Division II All-Star. Quinabo will attend Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where she will play women’s soccer.

Vines has been playing soccer for more than a decade, training with Valley Isle Soccer Academy, while also competing on Oahu with the Honolulu Bulls Soccer Club. He has played in elite tournaments across the U.S., including the National Cup Finals in Denver.

In 2023, Vines was selected as one of 36 players from Hawaii to travel to the Netherlands, where he trained within professional youth academies and worked with coaches from the Royal Dutch Football Association.

A four-time varsity athlete and team captain, Vines has also demonstrated leadership outside of competition. In 2024, he created “Maui Strong” commemorative armbands following the 2023 Maui wildfires to promote unity and compassion across school communities.

Vines will attend George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon, where he will compete in men’s soccer.

“These student-athletes represent the very best of Seabury Hall,” Seabury Hall athletic director Yaya Meyer said. “Their commitment, leadership and character will serve them well as they continue their journeys at the collegiate level.”

All three are expected to graduate this year.
