County adjusts locations of some water buffalos in Upcountry
With water service restored to Upper Kula as of March 20, water buffalos have been removed from Harold W. Rice Memorial Park.
The water buffalos at the intersection of Copp Road and Kula Highway will be removed Wednesday. Water buffalos will continue to be available at Ching Store and Ulupalakua Ranch Store and Grill.
