The Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset will host Barry Rosenfeld, president of the Hale Kau Kau advisory board, as its guest speaker May 5.

Hale Kau Kau has provided meals to people facing food insecurity since 1991, serving from its kitchen at St. Theresa’s Church in Kihei. The organization also delivers about 110 meals nightly to kupuna and individuals with disabilities and continues to support the Maui Rescue Mission.

Rosenfeld, a Chartered Financial Consultant, has more than 35 years of Rotary involvement in California and Maui and has received the Rotarian of the Year and Service Above Self awards.

The meeting will be at the YMCA West Side Resource Center in Lahaina. A social period begins at 5 p.m., followed by the program from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. For more information or to attend, email lstanton127@outlook.com
