Pet of the Week: Malu
Aloha Kākou, my name is Malu and I am Maui Humane Society's Pet of the Week! Back in November, I wandered onto the property of some kind people in Wailuku. They took me in and tried hard to find my family, but when no one came for me, they brought me to MHS. I’m a shy boy at first, but underneath it all, I’m very sweet and just want to feel safe. Other dogs help me be brave, and I really thrive when I have pup friends around. In my foster home, I learned to go right into my crate and proved I’m potty trained too! My foster family says I prance like a little deer when I get excited. I always try my best to do the right thing, and more than anything, I just want someone to love and trust forever.
The Pet of the Week is submitted by the Maui Humane Society to promote adoptions at the Maui Animal Shelter and Adoption Center. For more information or to make an appointment, call (808) 877-3680, ext. 3, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday or visit MauiHumaneSociety.org.
