The Maui County Office of Economic Development will present the Lahaina Homecoming Career Fair from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. July 17 at Lahaina Cannery Mall.

The free event will connect job seekers with employers offering career opportunities in health care, construction and skilled trades, hospitality, government, retail, education, transportation, financial services and the nonprofit sector.

Featured employers will include Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines, Kaiser Permanente, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Hawaiian Electric and the Maui County Department of Personnel Services.

Attendees are encouraged to bring several copies of their resume and dress professionally. Some employers may conduct on-the-spot interviews or make job offers.

The career fair is part of the three-day Lahaina Homecoming celebration, which will run July 17-19 at locations throughout Lahaina.

Free parking will be available at Lahaina Cannery Mall, 1221 Honoapiilani Highway.
