Maui home sales rise in June as condo activity jumps by more than 51%
Sales of single-family homes and condominiums increased across Maui County in June compared with the same month last year, according to the Realtors Association of Maui.
The association reported 78 single-family home sales in June, up 16.4% from 67 in June 2025. The median sales price rose 4.4% to $1,356,975.
Single-family homes spent a median of 133 days on the market, down 7.6% from a year earlier. Total dollar volume reached $143.9 million, a 1.9% decline from June 2025.
Condominium sales increased more sharply, with 88 units sold, up 51.7% from 58 a year earlier. The median condo sales price fell 8.8% to $625,000.
Condos remained on the market for a median of 172 days, up 41% from June 2025. Total condominium sales volume rose 1.3% to $75.2 million.
Vacant land sales were unchanged from a year earlier, with 12 properties sold in June. The median land sales price dropped 64.6% to $309,000, while total dollar volume fell 40.2% to about $5 million.
Land properties spent a median of 91 days on the market, according to the association’s monthly statistics.
“June’s numbers show that buyers are still active when the right opportunities come along,” association President Georgie Tamayose said in a news release. “Sales increased across both single-family homes and condominiums, and with more homes available, buyers have more choices and more time to make informed decisions.”
