Paʻūpili Lahaina 3rd Saturdays returns this weekend
Paʻūpili Lahaina 3rd Saturdays will return from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Lahaina United Methodist Church as part of the three-day Lahaina Homecoming celebration.
Hosted by the Maui Economic Recovery Commission’s Healing Journey Team, the free monthly gathering is designed to promote healing, connection and community resilience for Lahaina residents impacted by the 2023 wildfires.
More than 30 Maui businesses, nonprofit organizations and service providers are expected to participate, offering locally made products, community resources and support services. The event also will feature free hands-on activities, giveaways and live entertainment.
Scheduled performers include Reiko Fukino, Pono Murray, Alyssa Ah Yuen and Max Kincaid.
Saturday’s event will conclude in time for attendees to continue to the Lahaina Hoʻolauleʻa at Campbell Park later that day. The Lahaina Homecoming celebration also includes Friday evening’s Kaibigan Ng Lahaina Palengke Night at Campbell Park and Sunday’s Lahaina Homecoming Kanikapila.
Paʻūpili 3rd Saturdays is supported by Maui United Way and 211 Hawaii.
