The Maui Food Innovation Center will host the free Innovate Maui Nui Conference on Sept. 23-24 at the Pilina Events Center on the University of Hawaii Maui College campus.
The conference will offer training, networking and information about funding resources for entrepreneurs, small-business owners and food innovators. The first day will focus on entrepreneurship, while the second will cover food manufacturing, infrastructure and regulatory compliance.
