The Maui County Office of Recovery will hold its third Commercial Property Workshop from 4 to 6 p.m. Sept. 30 in Morgado Hall at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului.
Commercial property owners, architects, engineers and business owners in Lahaina's historic districts may speak with county staff about permitting, reconstruction and other rebuilding challenges.
The county also will introduce a proposed rebuilding "concierge" program intended to provide commercial property owners with more proactive and coordinated assistance during permitting and reconstruction.
Property owners are encouraged to bring questions about specific projects. Registration is available at mauirecovers.org/events.
