Kaiser Permanente Hawaii, in partnership with Maui Economic Development Board’s STEMworks program, will host a free Health Care Career Exploration Day from 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Kaiser Permanente Maui Lani Elua Clinic, 75 Maui Lani Parkway in Wailuku.
The event is open to Maui students in grades 8-12 and will feature hands-on activities and opportunities to meet local medical professionals. Students can explore careers in primary care, phlebotomy, pharmacy and cardiology.
Registration is free, but space is limited. The deadline to register is Oct. 30.
