Adelaide Kaiwi Sylva, 101
Adelaide Kaiwi Sylva, born on October 28, 1914 at Olowalu, Maui, died peacefully on April 27, 2016 at Hale Makua.
She is survived by her children, Frank (Sharen) Sylva, Marybud Kobatake and June (Dallas) Kalepa; 7 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
Celebration of her blessed life of 101 years, will be held on May 19, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lahaina, below the new highway. Public visitation from 9:00 am; church service at 10:00 am; and lunch to follow; burial at 2:00 pm at Maui Memorial Park Cemetery.
