Edith M. Mathis, 97
Edith Murphy Mathis, a forty year resident of Maui, passed away May 3, 2016 in Kahului at the age of 97.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree plus graduate studies, she was a Navy wife for 22 years.
She is survived by a son, Mike Mathis; a daughter, Toni (John) Tudor; and three grand daughters, Kimberly Mathis, Vanessa (Jonathan) Matsui and Wendy Mathis.
Burial will be with her late husband, Commander Kenneth J. Mathis at the
National Cemetery of the Pacific.
