He is predeceased by both his parents Robert J. Phillips Sr. & Rachel Ann Phillips; Survived by his Daughter Zoelynn Phillips, Step Son Rusty Klutke, Sister Laurie (Al) Vares & Brother Shawn (Jennifer) Phillips, 4 Nephews, 2 Nieces, 2 Grand Nephews & 1 Grand Niece. Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins

Bobby was an active outdoor sportsman who loved hunting and fishing any chance he got, so much so that he had a special fishing spot that was known as “Bob’s Point”. He had in recent years reconnected with his family’s heritage or Ranching, Rodeo, and Bull Riding During the “off season” weekends were spent tending to his yard, beloved animals, rewrapping his fishing poles or polishing up his Chevy Truck. Family gatherings were never complete without the children screaming in delight that “Unko Bobby is here, Unko Bobby is here” He will be missed by many.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date.
