Memorial service will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului on Friday, July 22, 2016 with public visitation from 6:00-9:00pm and service at 7:30pm.

Izaiah is survived by his father, Arcadio Duldulao Jr; mother, Tami Duldulao; sister, Kyra-Ann Duldulao; girlfriend, Quoya Vasques; maternal grandmother, Zepha (Dennis) Nikaido; maternal grandfather, Charles K. Mahuna; paternal grandmother, Petra Duldulao; great grandmothers, Nobuko Hew and Henrietta Mahuna; uncles, Ryan (Nekita) Mateo of Hilo, Kai (Michelle) Mahuna, Bronson (Diana) Suyat of Calif., Jason (Teresa) Suyat of Missouri, Charlie Mahuna, David Mahuna of Maui, and Jeffery (Kendra) Mahuna of Wisconsin; aunts, Napualani Mahuna, Jodene (Jason) Davis of Washington, Tina (Dan) Mitchell of Oregon, Kellyn Mateo of Hilo and Rita (Bob) Bernzott of Florida; cousins, Rylia Yamaguchi-Babas and Kaizehya Mateo of Hilo, Sofia Escobar-Suyat, Zachary Suyat, Olivia Suyat, Michael Suyat of Calif., Jade Suyat, Jonathan Suyat, Kainoa Suyat, Leilani Suyat of Missouri, Angelica Manegdeg, Mischa Mahuna of Maui and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins. Izaiah is predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Arcadio Duldulao Sr.
