Phyllis was born on April 12, 1939 to William and Ella Timario in Maui, HI.

Mrs. Manuel was an accountant with South Sea Motors. Phyllis enjoyed talking story, and sharing about her genealogy. She had roots that spread across the islands, and genuinely cared about the well-being of others, near and far.

Phyllis was predeceased by her loving husband, Edmund Manuel, whom she was married to until his passing in January of 2002; and sister, Sylvia Jean Abangan.

Phyllis leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Deborah Manuel; Sons, Edmund Manuel, Timothy Manuel, and Marc Manuel; sisters, Estelle (Rocky) Kamala Cashman, Ellen Morton Tampon, Ka’i’polani Hope Cullen; 13 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
