Mr. Philip Paul Muscarella, 46, of Honolulu, died on September 13, 2016 at Queen’s Medical Center. Formerly of Maui.
He was born in Erie County, Pennsylvania, and was a Histo Technician for Dr. John Boyer.
He is survived by: wife, Jerri M. Muscarella, mother, Janice Y. Muscarella, brother, Lewis Muscarella (Natalie) and James Muscarella (Krissy), sister, Debbie Muscarella-Lam
Services will be held on Friday, October 7, 2016 beginning at 6:30 PM at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Visitation at 5:30 PM. Casual Attire.
