Shirley Leinani Fujimoto, 79 of Wailuku, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2016 at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
Shirley was born on February 7, 1937 to Samuel Poaimoku Kaiue and Edith Hoewa'a Kaiue. Shirley is survived by Son, Rodney (Barbara) Fujimoto and Daughter, Ruth-Joyce "Ipo" Fujimoto; Grandchildren, Joryll and Angel Fujimoto, Lowen Okamoto; Grand Nephew, Ricky Ramos; six Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Victor Kaiue; Sisters, Frances Silva, Laura Williams, Ruth Kekipi, and Charity Shiffer. She is predeceased by her Brothers, Samuel P. Kaiue, Jr. and Avard Kaiue and Sister, Clante Okafuji.
At her request, she will be cremated. Services honoring Shirley will be held from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Ballard Family Mortuary, Kahului.
